Pool Deck Repairs, Cleaning, Re-Sanding & Sealing

For this project, we completed a full restoration of the client's pool deck and driveway. The pool deck had several areas around the coping that had begun to sink — a common issue following new pool construction due to plumbing lines along the perimeter. Since the aggregate around those pipes can’t be compacted tightly, minor settling is expected over time.
We carefully lifted the affected sections, re-leveled the pool deck, and proceeded to pressure clean the entire surface. After re-sanding all joints, we applied an impregnating sealant specifically suited for leathered marble, preserving its natural finish while offering long-term protection. The driveway was also sealed using Cobble Loc, a water-based sealer ideal for concrete pavers, enhancing the color and durability while maintaining a clean, natural appearance.
