General Questions

What services do you offer?

We provide residential and commercial hardscape services throughout South Florida, including paver patios, driveways, walkways, pool decks, retaining and seating walls, natural stone installation, outdoor living features, paver repairs, and cleaning and sealing. We also incorporate drainage, lighting, fire pits, and artificial grass as part of larger projects.

Do you work on both residential and commercial projects?

Yes, we work with homeowners as well as HOAs, property managers, builders, and commercial sites. Residential and commercial projects follow different scopes and timelines, but both receive the same level of communication and care.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are a licensed and fully insured contractor, and our installers follow industry standards designed for South Florida’s soil and climate conditions.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Broward and Palm Beach Counties, including Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Highland Beach, Lake Clarke Shores, Jupiter Farms, Parkland, and surrounding communities.

Planning & Estimates

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, your on-site consultation and estimate are provided at no cost and with no obligation to move forward.

What happens during the consultation?

We visit your property, take measurements, review your goals, discuss material options, and evaluate grading or drainage needs. The visit is designed to help you understand your options and feel confident about next steps.

How soon will I receive my estimate?

Most estimates are delivered within 24–48 hours and clearly outline materials, scope of work, and timelines.

Can you work within a specific budget?

We can work within your budget. During your consultation, we review priorities and explain different options so you can decide where to invest and where to simplify. We focus on helping you get the best long-term value for your budget.

Installation & Process

How long does a typical project take?

Smaller projects, repairs, or paver maintenance services can often be completed quickly. Larger projects, such as driveways, patios, or full outdoor living spaces, may take additional time for permitting, materials, and installation. You’ll always know what to expect before work begins.

Do I need permits for my project?

Some projects require permits, especially driveways or larger installations. We handle the permitting process for you and explain any requirements upfront.

Will the installation disrupt access to my home or business?

We plan the work carefully and communicate in advance about access, parking, or temporary adjustments. Our goal is to minimize disruption while keeping the site clean and organized.

How do you ensure quality during installation?

We follow a proven step by step process to ensure high-quality installations. Every project is built with proper excavation, base preparation, drainage planning, and edge restraints. We complete a final walkthrough with you to review details and confirm everything meets expectations.

Materials & Design

What paver or stone materials work best in South Florida?

Concrete pavers are a popular option for versatility and performance. Travertine and marble are commonly chosen for patios and pool decks because they handle heat and moisture well. During your consultation, we explain the pros and cons of each option.

Can you help me choose the right materials and layout?

Yes, we guide you through material samples, patterns, and layout ideas based on how you use your space, sun exposure, and overall goals.

Do you offer natural stone installation?

Natural stone, such as travertine or marble, can be used for patios, driveways, and pool decks when installed with the correct preparation and drainage.

Maintenance & Longevity

Do pavers require maintenance?

Yes, all paver surfaces benefit from periodic cleaning, re-sanding, and sealing to protect against weeds, stains, and sand washout caused by South Florida weather.

How often should pavers be sealed?

Most surfaces benefit from sealing every 1–3 years, depending on sun exposure, traffic, and overall condition.

Can you repair uneven or sinking pavers?

We can lift, reset, and re-level pavers, address base issues, and restore the surface so it looks and performs better.

Will sealing make my pavers slippery?

No, sealing doesn’t make pavers slippery because we use outdoor-rated sealers applied correctly to maintain traction while protecting the surface.

Warranties & Aftercare

Do you offer a warranty?

We provide a workmanship warranty on our installations. Extended warranties may be available depending on the installation methods and options selected.

What if there’s an issue after the project is complete?

If something doesn’t look or perform as it should, we address it. Clear communication and standing behind our work are core parts of how we operate.

You can request a consultation through our website or by phone. We’ll coordinate a time to visit your property and get the process started.
